News: Holiday Yeay.
Today is such a boring day. I'm at work with one colleague and everyone else is still having holidays. I should have taken unpaid leave. I really have nothing much to do at work and I'm not really into the creative writing mode either. I can't play castleville because the network blocks FB. le sigh. Ah well. I'm just gonna spend my afternoon napping I guess. Huhuhu. Kidding.

I'm back from my short holiday!!
At least, I get to spend some time with Ryl, Debra and Cyn. (Thanks Ryl for the car. I lap you!) Hung out with Chrys at Bing. Had post-birthday celebration and Meat-Fest at Hornbill Steamboat and Grill, Mee Merah (uber-delicious red Noodle at Uncle Lim), Laksa Sarawak, Kolok Mee at Ah Lai, Damit Satay (pun: be damn by the skewers. haha) I swear I gained at least 10 pounds. * runs *
When I arrived in KL, I was so excited to see Pumpkin that I left a box of Salted Terubok Fish, a bag of cheese sticks, a whole bag of awesome chicken snacks and my favourite black sweater at KL Sentral D: I know.. You don't have to say it, I am the Goddess of Clumsiness and Carelessness. I received a good scolding from Mummy the next morning. =_=
Not gonna type much but, here are some of the photos from the trip :D
This has got nothing to do with the trip but I miss Patches (our house-cat in Kuching) and I also wanna introduce you to my new baby, Yukki! :D
P/S: I will write my book review soon. I promise. sigh...

Mozzarella Cheese Sticks!
I tried to do it on my own and then....
Smoked Chicken slices with beef bacon and cheese sandwich + Mozzarella cheese stick. The recipe:
It's seriously simple. All u need is
1 pkt of Dorito's
1 egg
1 block of mozzarella cheese
Crushed the chips, or rather try to pulverize it. LOL. Cut the cheese block into sticks, about 1.5 x 1.5cm. Dip the cheese sticks into the beaten egg and cover it with the crushed chips. Do this twice. Finally, deep fry the sh*t!
Enjoy :D

Part 1: Life's Theme Songs
In my case, the theme songs varies depending on my mood.
(Remember, I am from Team Decepticon, not Emoticon) LOL!
Here's a list of my current "Life OST". Hee =D
1) Cool - Gwen Stefani
The only song that could calm me down when I'm back on the fence and thinking all the "What Ifs" and whatnot. This will be in my head prior to the whole brain being occupied by... * cough * next..
2) Skip Turn Step - Wakeshima Kanon
This will play in my head when I'm extremely happy. Usually, when I think of my nieces (Chib and Kosuke) and my nephew (Ryuu-chan). Reason that is, Chib loves this song to the extend of wanting it to be played everytime she's in my car. EVERYTIME. And Kosuke loves it too. So listening to this makes me happy =)
3) Skip Turn Step (Instrumental) - Wakeshima Kanon
Well, this will play when I'm in "Hanyan~" Mode. (p/s: refer Cardcaptor Sakura Anime) And Oh.. I feel like playing the bass and violin part whenever i listen to this. I tried the violin part though. The bass part hmm... it's slow but it sounds awesome! It's the best song to listen to when u feel all "Kira kira" and "fuwa fuwa" inside. And when u feel all daisies and sunshine~ Hanyannnnn~ XD
4) Cassis - the GazettE
This is a sad song but it's a beautiful piece (for a VK band). Last year, this category was filled in by 'Kousai' by Alice Nine. Cassis only plays in my head when I'm terribly down (like.. all the time, what do u mean "ONLY PLAYS IN MY HEAD WHEN. . ." Aki?)
5) 4 in the morning - Gwen Stefani
Well, you know... all the things that happen all night long and make u stay up til 4 in the morning. The good, the bad, the wonderful, the worst, the pretty, the ugly. Mostly, what makes you happy. This song gives me strength to go on and not to call it a quit. It keeps reminding me never to give up and to hold on to it.
6) TIME CAPSULE - Last Alliance
This usually comes when I'm in "I hit rock bottom! But I know I can survive!" =_=
Sorry but no PV or mp3 for this m(_ _)m
7) When Will I See You Again - The Three Degrees
Only happens when I'm in the car; Partially-Hanyan~ XD
Will be continued...

Entropy at work: A good girl
by erma
A good girl will not let go easily
A good girl will pout when she misses that somebody
A good girl will do what it takes to win that someone's heart
A good girl will sulk for the reasons they had to be apart
A good girl will compromise and tolerate
A good girl will always believe in fate
A good girl will cry and then recover
A good girl will know when to say "It's over"
A good girl will nod when there is a good reason behind something
But a good girl is also a mere human being; a fragile little thing
A good girl will know when to quit, although it hurts and there is no cure to it
A good girl will know when to quietly leave, but stands tall to what she believes
Therefore a good girl needs a good man
The one she knows she wants to be with, the one who is able to withstand her, the only one who can

Training is over. Now back to work =_=
I have been away from my base for training at IBM Innovative Centre last 3 days and man, was the training interesting. Learned so much about technical stuff (which was not really related to my current job) but was damn interesting. I began to think I should write to IBM and work for them. LOL. Like any other leading IT company, IBM too has what seems to be a hectic working environment (So I thought, when I first arrived at the Centre). What made me think that way? You have to queue up to get to the lift. And everytime you get your chance to go in the lift, it's always packed. What makes me more interested in IBM was, everytime I got in the lift there's a 90% chance that I'll bump into a Japanese (or Korean =_=). Wait.... now that I think about it, maybe I should work in Japan instead.
People I met...
So during the training, I became friends with the lady who sat next to me. She's a very nice person, buys me vending machine coffee everyday, helped me with some lab stuff. Ahaha!! Ok, no. Not because she buys me coffee everyday. She is a nice person. We were in the same wave once we started to talk. She's married with a kid. I seriously thought she was a Malay until the final day when we went to Shojikiya together and when she was paying for her stuff, she was speaking Chinese to the cashier. I was shocked. Her Malay language was perfect! Perfect Slang. Perfect intonation. Perfect sentence formation. Much much much better than my Malay. =_= * shocked * Then only I asked what her last name was, and then, yes, I was 100% sure, she is Chinese. =)
What I miss most...
This would definitely be the 1 1/2hour lunch time where I get to eat Japanese food and watch Athrun Zala at home. Since IBMIC is only 5 minutes drive from my loft, I decided to go back and watch Anime before going back to lab at 1.30pm. Apart from it would be eating all the nice Japanese food everyday and the late start and early end routine. OH! And also, the vending machine of course. hahaha!! And definitely, listening to people in IBM (Malaysians especially) speaking Japanese and Korean like it's our national language. It amazes me T____T Well, I wish that person would speak (as in verbally) Japanese to me, I would definitely love to hear it =)

Things people take to the furthest extend
Since there are things like mySpace, Friendster and Facebook, we can see that many fights/quarrels/lawsuits break just because one can't stand the other just by reading status posted on each other's wall. A friend began to call it FaceBITCH instead, because that's where people bitch about each other PUBLICLY most of the time nowadays. So many virtual crimes happened from these social networking sites. People may intentionally or unintentionally posted things that could offend others in so many ways. Of course, nobody's pointing fingers at anyone, but since these social networking sites aren't controllable and the Internet are uncontrollable and humans are well.. never will be controllable, what can be done?
If you read the newspaper daily, you would at least come to at least one news about fraudulent especially the ones from the Internet. One which involve social networking site are mostly about Women and Men who seek for attention to fulfill desire (whatever desire it is, I'm not gonna go further explaining these stupid things). There was this one case I read (on the newspaper, of course) about this one lady who offer sex service for
That's one case. There are plenty more out there which are outrageously, beyond what you call, normal thinking. Another one which also caught my attention (because some people are born with their brain on their xxx) are the ones where two people met online, online dating, met each other (or not) and then the guy/girl has huge corporation and then he/she went traveling, then was mugged, then asked for money because he/she need to see clients and pay whatever shit. And because of
Speaking of the things that can offend people intentionally/ unintentionally. Lately, they have been soooo many cases where people love to write offensive things on their profile. Things that emit racism for example. People would say this race is better than this. Or stuff like that. But think about it, when you say it like that, does that make YOU a better person? Why can't people see each other as human? We are mere creation of God. Why can't people stop labeling people?
There are just some random thoughts I have for today. =_=" But I'm just too sleepy to continue and I wanna watch my Anime. XD
Besides, I don't really like to talk shit about other people. I'm just making a general opinion.
Until then.

Here are some (what I thought) good reasons:

Really.. I just can't give any REASON why I love reading Manga. Do I have to have a reason for it? If you love something, just go and grab it!
P/S: This post is rather stupid. But Who Cares?! :D
I'll recommend some good Manga in the next post.
Translation:
bishounen - extremely beautiful (yes i mean beautiful) young men
manga-ka - artistes that draw manga

My reaction?
1) It's been crazy lately. With my ever-changing moods and the indecisive heart and mind. And the ever-changing thoughts and ideas. And the work. And the relationships, friendships. (skinship?? hahah. i just wanted to type that.) I've been an ass to myself and to everything and everyone. But I never put any subjects of why things have been that way out of sight. And anyone who knows me well know that I'm the one who remembers shitty things that have been done to me and shitty things that I do or did to ppl.
2) Work. Oh Work is just Work. It's never changing. Work can never be less. Work is always and will always be work.
3) Lately, I have been spending a lot of time with myself. I miss that. I always try to find time to pamper myself n I really needed that. Especially when people I am (was) close with are (were) not around me (anymore).
4) I'm not very responsive to anything now. My "No-Feeling-Disease" has been worst. Even towards my boy-friend. (ok. there is a meaning to why there is a "-" there)
5) The fact that I planned on going back to Kuching has been changed to a hateful desire. Hahahah!!!
6) My Samurai Deeper Kyo's collection is almost complete. Another 2 more volumes (or another tankoubon) . But we (the SDK manga collectors of English Version) are disappointed with the missing covers for Volume 36. (T_______T)
7) Don't worry, when I can find time to write about 2009 review, I will write. For now I'm too busy with so many things. I remembered someone asked me "What are you so busy with??" Well, unlike you who has sooooo much free time, I'm different. I'm putting a fullstop to that so that another big stupid argument will not happen.
8) This year, I was given a few year planner for free. I mean. Last year I had to buy them. O_O
9) Grandma is here. Again. :D
10) I'm doing something to my hair again before the new year. Why? Because I am bored with it.

Part 1: Life is about taking risk and chances - go jump in the fire and die...
O-hisashi buri desu!
I haven't got the time to write, been busy with life (not really...). Well, those few weeks that I was gone were filled with joy and laughters! I've been enjoying life, though it's crappy and most of the time it sucks, I did cherish it. More like struggling towards happiness. But it's all good. Anyway, Here are some of the things I did during my "sudden-holiday-because-my-youth-is-crumbling" weeks..
adieu~
akira.

Dearest Love - To the ones I used to love
Dearest Love
I can never say it out loud. I’m such a loser. So Toshi (a good friend of mine) told me that I should express it through here. Here’s to all my dears.
Dearest Love # 1,
I know you loved me and love me still. I thank you for what you’ve given me. You tried so hard to give me everything, but it’s just not right. It can never be right. I do love you, but not as far as it ever went. I didn’t mean to brick the distance between us but you, you build an obvious fence to keep me away.
I wish we could understand each other a little better.
Dearest Love# 2,
I wouldn’t mind laying next to you everyday and listening to everything you say all night long. But it’s not the same anymore since now all that you talk about is your significant other. I will forgive you for your selfishness but I will not forgive you for your abuse. It’s just plain mean.
This will be the end.
Dearest Love #3,
You may be the one I love most, but I can’t be bias. Now that I feel there’s no connection between us, we should just bid farewell to our wonderful relationship. You hurt me too much I can’t take it. You hurt me with your silly face and beautiful smiles and your wonderful stories and your bright eyes. You hurt me worst when I realized all your words are lies Everything about you were just some big fat lies. Here’s to the end of us, cheers.
Dearest Love #4,
I thought I can never live without you. You were a part of me. Now you never exist. And just so you know, I was really looking forward to that day. But I knew before you told me the verdict. You left me cold in the water, again.
Until today.
Dearest Love # 5,
It seems that after all these years, I managed to finally forgive you. But it’s not you that I want. You’re just another challenge in this race. You might be one of the many obstacles, and you might be the ONLY key. Bless me.
THAT WAS CHEEEESY. ( hid under the table)
:D

Weiß und Schwarz
As always, I'm not a victor of heroes department. I always love characters who are not on the front page of every manga cover (except for Samurai Deeper Kyo, of course). P/S:Who doesn't like Kyo can go jump off the nearest cliff. Hahahah!! Ooopss.. another OOT from me. Tokorode, back to the main topic.
Recently, I've been reading another manga called Kuro Shitsuji or in English, The Black Butler and it is serialized in GFantasy. (SEBASTIAN!!!!~ *Drools* *Faints* *DIES*). Though it's not in tankoubon version yet for English translation, but scanlation version is just fine for me (Thank You to those who works hard on the scans! Good JOB!) I've been following the anime too and I love it. (Sebastian MOVESSS!!!!!!) *clears throat* Shitsurei shimashita... (*I won't mention his name again i promise... NOT*) Anyway, since Kuro Shitsuji is also set during the Victorian Era, it kinda made me realize the similarity to the manga Godchild.
Here's a bit of both Godchild and Kuro Shitsuji and the similarities of both manga.
1) Setting:
Both Godchild and Kuro Shitsuji are set during the Victorian Era in England.
2) All about the boy...
Both Godchild and Kuro Shitsuji focused on the young Hakushaku~ (though I guess Kuro Shitsuji focused more on... Sebastian~ Sebastiannnnnn~~~!!! >.< *clear throats* Sugi...) Godchild: Cain Hargreaves Kuro Shitsuji: Ciel Phantomhive
3) The HOT Butler
Good-looking, drop dead gorgeous, highly skilled, mysterious, hot BUTLER.
Godchild: Riffael Raffit
Kuro Shitsuji: Sebastian Michaelis
4) Jack The Ripper
Both Godchild and Kuro Shitsuji featured Jack The Ripper case.
5) Seriously freaky dudes.
Godchild: The Coffin Maker
Kuro Shitsuji: The Undertaker
6) Both Young Hakushaku reminded me of L'Arc~en~Ciel
Godchild: Godchild's main character, Cain Hargreaves really reminded me of Hyde of L'Arc~en~Ciel. I don't know which part, most probably the fashion sense. Hahaha.. Ah well, that's my opinion.
Kuro Shitsuji: Ciel Phantomhive from Kuro Shitsuji.... Ciel-chan, his name already hit me like a thunder :D
7) Boys acting as girls
Both Ciel and Cain dressed up as girls.
8) The Butler has another story
At least I know what's Riff's secret and his dark side (the real Riff). I'm not so sure about Sebastian, he's still a mystery. All I know about him is he's a demon.
9) The unwanted child
Godchild: Earl Cain was born from incestuous relationship of his father Alexis Hargreaves and his sister.
Kuro Shitsuji: Still a mystery. But through out the story Ciel Phantomhive is known to be an unclean child.
That's as far as the similarities I could collect, for now. I'm kinda on hiatus... With Kuro Shitsuji manga. There are so many things to read.... Hahaha... And I start collecting D.Gray-Man already. Though I already watched the series, it still doesn't satisfy me. I will need to re-read the manga and wait for the tankoubon version. I'll look into it later (Kuro Shitsuji that is) and I will hunt for more....
"Watashi wa akuma de, shitsuji desu kara....."
Note:
All graphics on Godchild are taken from Viz Media website.
All graphics on Kuroshitsuji are taken from various sources from the Internet

Being mean or just being honest?
Here's a simple normal case:
Someone you know asked you whether she should break up with her two-timing, 10 years boyfriend. The guy's been asking her to give him time because he loves her, and yet. And the girl loves him that she's willing to give him time.
Option 1: You tell her to think about it.... drag her deeper in misery. Because u think they look good together. And he is a nice guy, maybe it's just a misunderstanding. bla bla bla
Option 2: Just say it straight. Dump the dude. The misery only last a few days. There are many creatures in the lake other than the Lochness Monster. Not because u don't like the guy. Coz If it's you , you'd do that.
But what about how she feels? She's a good friend of yours. And maybe she's expecting a 'backsupport' from you when she's suffering. Maybe the guy will get back to her eventually. But what if he cheats again? (Please ignore any stoic traits) And if she listens to you, what if what you said was the opposite of what happens?
Maybe there should be an option 3. Like, keep quite about it and be the mean friend.
That's just a simple example. What if people starts asking you what to do with their life? Or how to live their life? Maybe we should start digging a big hole and hide in it. Hahaha...
Til next time.

The Fourth Avenue Cafe
The Fourth Avenue Cafe.
I first heard it on Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X). I've never knew L'Arc~ en~Ciel back in 1998. I just knew the song, it's a freaking cool Japanese Song. And that time, I only heard it on TV, once a week on Saturday. Despite the hardship of waiting and missing episode(s) of Rurouni Kenshin on TV, I still managed to at least record it on tape (and it sounded like an elephant trying to sing with it's trunk full of boogers) aftermath. I have no idea how to get a Japanese song from the Internet, (heck, I don't even have a computer back then).
Mon, (Dented's Lead guitarist) was (is? was? is?..... still is ) a huge fan of L'Arc~en~Ciel and GLAY (and anything japanese) back in high school. She was the one who introduced me to Japanese Rock back in 2000 (when I just got a PC) and lent me an MP3 CD full of Japanese songs (God knows where she got these things). She tried to brain-washed me into listening to GLAY, but i just C-A-N-T. Hahha.. (ok.. maybe 2 songs). I only remembered 3 songs that I was so addicted to,
1) Again, The Fourth Avenue Cafe,
2) Heaven's Drive and
3) Gackt - Saikai ~story~
That's not the point of what I'm trying to write here.. hahaha
Actually, I'm saving up to get myself a new bass guitar.
I've been dying to play The Fourth Avenue Cafe on bass. I mean... I know I suck (ok.. maybe not that bad) but I've been watching videos of those who played this bass line and they are AWESOME. Maybe not as good as Tetsu, but still, they managed to pull it off good. I was thinking either to get a bass or a guitar, but I guess I should get the bass first so I could continue what I have left. My skills are seriously rotten.
I'm not sure when I'm able to get the above mentioned, but I'm working on it. The ecomony now.... Gahh... I hope I'm able to get it by next year. (Or someone, please be kind enough to give me
Signing off~

Saturday Night's Dinner
I went to Tesco and I decided to cook dinner on Saturday and invited my brother and his family to my apartment. I haven't been in the kitchen since my mom was here and I thought I must do some cooking or else my skills will be gone with the wind. Although I started at 4.30pm, I must say I did pretty well and everything was done before 7. I made Roasted Beef, Baked Potatoes and Savoury Rice.
Recipe for the Baked Potatoes:
Ingredients:
3 cleaned potatoes
2 teaspoons of dry basil
2 teaspoons of dry thyme
3 small cubes butter
canola oil
salt
Wash the potatoes and deep-cut potatoes (do not slice it) . Drizzle some canola oil on top of the potatoes and sprinkle dry basil, dry thyme and salt. Put the cube butter on top of each potatoes and wrap them in foil. Bake in the oven (200oC / 392oF) for about an hour. Easy Breezy.
This one's easy breezy too:
Recipe for the Roast Beef:
Ingredients:
500 gm australian beef
2 teaspoons dry oregano
2 teaspoons dry thyme
2 teaspoons Italian herbs
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all together. Put in the fridge for 24 hours. Then later in the oven for about 1 1/2 hour, (200oC / 392oF). Slice the beef when it's done. Easy??
2 cups of fragrant Rice (lightly washed)
1 bulb onion (chopped)
2 carrots (cubed)
chopped basil leaves
melted butter
salt
4 cups water
Fry the rice together with chopped onion and carrots with the melted butter. Add in the chopped basil leaves and add water slowly. Put the lid on and leave it on slow fire. I'm not sure how long it takes to cook this but, I assume maybe 20 mins.
You can try if you want. At least I know it's not poisonous. Hahaha!

Reading Situation and Having a G*D*mn Good Timing
I don't know about you , but I am one of those people who actually do not observe my surroundings. Yup. I don't. Sometimes I'd be in a place, empty-minded and then I'd go "What am I doing here?". Eventhough I'm such
Someone I know told me that I've always do things that people want me to do as a favor without noticing that I'm actually just being used as an excuse. People don't actually care about what shit I'm in as long as they get what they want. I've never actually thought of it that way until I was told, then I came to my senses. I've always thought that doing a favor means, you're helping people without asking for anything in return. I've always been thought that way and it has always been this way ever since 1984 (for me).
But she also told me this: "Doing someone a favor means you're nice. Being used as an excuse means you're stupid. You don't have to think about being given anything in return. Those people who owes you shit should know."
I was surprised that someone actually thought about these things for me. I mean, someone's thinking about my feelings. I realized that I didn't want to feel like that because it's not right. And being
***********************************************************************************
Girl: I can't believe this
Boy: It's not what you think
Girl: She sat on your lap
Boy: I'm serious. It's not what you think.
Girl: I hate you
Boy: But it's not what you think
-stare. long stare. Looooong stare-
Boy holds girl's face, leaned forward -
Dad: There you are! Let's go home!
Girl: =_="
Hahaha.... Happened to me before. I perceived this as "being saved from having a future that is going to be painful". When I look back, I'm thankful that it never happened. (I was a bit disappointed though). Hehehe.
How would you react to this situation?
And I secretly wanted it to happen somehow. It's not wrong to dream. =P
Think about it...

Getaway. Hideaway.
Ah well, I feel that most of the time. Though I know it's bad for my mental health at least I don't have to be fucked up trying to impress every single living creature in the whole world. What makes me feel useless? First is when I'm at work. Give me 30 mins to solve a bug. When I can't figure it out, I'll have these thoughts in my mind "All the 4 1/2 years hard work are thrown in the gutter", "Ah... am I just plain stupid?", "Ah... Tennen baka dakara". And it goes on and on and on til I get a migraine, white-faced, feverish and waiting to explode. But it's only me, that's how i get my adrenaline pumping to solve something. When I feel used and abused.... Yeah. That's the worst. Being used is useless? yeah... Useless because I'm too nice. (Really now?)
What makes someone feels like shoving a broom up someone's a-hole?
- Being irritated is one.
- Other than that is being told of things I don't bother to know. You know, things like who are in American Idol or stuff. (Maybe it only works for an ignorant walking ball of wrath like myself).
- Other than that is, when I somehow (accidentally) bother about things or being concerned about anything and being shoved aside. That kinda hurt.
- Also, being cornered with bothersome questions when you know it's written all over my face "Do I look like I give a shit?". Hmm.. Oh... there are more.
- When an idiot actually made the biggest mistake in his/her life (a.k.a a smart ass in studies, an idiot in life, a total loser) tried to make me look miserable in front of the entire world.
- When someone talks too much about their brain and how smart they are and are quite talented of being a jerk half the time.
- and the list goes on...
I totally suck . . .
- at quarelling. When I'm being attacked with words, I'd be speechless
- at controlling my temper (Saint Angst?)
- when coming up with excuses and lying
- . . . enough already...
I'd be jumping up and down like an idiot and running around the house naked(feet)...
- when new SDK volume's at Kinokuniya
- when my anime list is updated
- when I bought new books/anime/manga
10 ways to quick cash:
- newspaper routing?
- garage sale?
- sell your brother's skateboard collection
- sell the XBOX
- be a pusher?
- break a leg and claim insurance (haahahha!!)
- help your neighbour to mow her lawn
- bake cookies?
- sell your Gundam (desperate measures)
- sell you baby brother/sister/niece/nephew

Mizu no sei da
Yeap. I slipped.
On Monda, Negishi told me that he's quitting. And he'd tender his resignation. I was damn sad. Seriously. My cubicle mate, my anime-mate. I'm gonna be totally bored when Negishi leaves. Tori-san told me that another colleague is quitting soon. There less than 10 people in the office now. How sad is that. I'm sure everyone will be in burakku moddo (BLACK MODE). Especially me.
Ah man.... I've lost my mood to write now..
Until next time.
